Birthday parties
Interested in having a birthday party at Newlands or East Coburg? Birthday parties are charged at a rate of $55 per hour incl. GST, which includes access to the kitchen and garden at both houses. Please note that you need to allow set up and pack down times in your booking, and all rooms must be left tidy and rubbish taken with you.

We charge a $200 bond which will be fully refunded if we are satisfied with the condition of the rooms once your booking is finished.
